UPDATE TACT
Install the latest version on your TACT with a USB cable.
Before you start
- Use a computer (Windows, Mac or Chromebook) with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Switch your TACT on and wait for the main menu.
- Connect it to the computer with a USB cable that can carry data.
This browser can't update TACT.
Open this page in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a computer. Phones and tablets can't do it.

Erase and fresh install
This deletes everything on your TACT: settings, saved Wi-Fi networks and all stats. It can't be undone. TACT then starts again as new, with the latest version.
Make sure only your TACT is plugged in to this computer.

Don't unplug TACT or close this page.
What happens
- Click UPDATE TACT.
- A small box opens: click your TACT in the list, then Connect.
- Wait while it updates (about a minute).
- When it says Update complete, unplug the cable. Your TACT restarts with the new version.
Your settings, saved Wi-Fi networks and stats are kept.
